Top 7 Strongest Quirks in My Hero Academia

7. Creation

Number 7 would be Creation. This quirk belongs to Momo Yaoyorozu. Creation allows it user to create any object by using any organic material from any part of their body. However this excludes living things of any kind. This is done by breaking down body fat at a certain level which is then converted into the material Momo uses to create various objects. Creation is also a quirk with endless possibilities. It could be used as a villainess or heroic tool, both of which could cause massive amounts of destruction, depending on the objects that are being created. For example, if the user wanted to they could literally make a nuke out of their body. That’s enough to explain why this quirk is so powerful. But aside from that, even on a smaller scale, in any situation, the user could create any weapon they wanted.

The user could pull a gun from their chest, or create an RPG on the spot. But because of all the potential weapons this quirk could create, along with all the helpful objects it could create, it is still one of the strongest quirks. Even though, Momo is inexperienced, an experienced user could do a lot more than she already has. The fallbacks of the quirk would be, since it requires a lot of body fat, Momo is required to eat a lot of junk food. She also needs to understand the effects of this power, meaning to do research and experiment with each individual object until the user understand it’s configuration and the user needs to be very intelligent. Overuse of the quirk could also cause exhaustion for the user. It could even take other organic material like muscles instead, if the quirk exhausts the users body fat completely. Meaning that if the user was being reckless it could cause major damage to their body or even death.

6. Black Hole

Number 6 would be Black Hole. This quirk belongs to 13. This quirk allows its user to create small black holes through the tips of their fingers that could suck anything in and disintegrate at the atomic level. This also includes forms of energy such as light. 13 uses this quirk to clean up destruction or messes caused by any hero related incidences. It’s used for disaster relief. However, 13 uses thi squirk for cleaning, it could be easily used to kill anyone by sucking them into the black hole. The power is literally just creating a black hole to use for almost anything. Although it’s only the size of a finger tip it can be enough to cause massive amounts of destruction as a villain. But for 13, they use the power to clean or to protect themselves from some of the strongest villains. Even though 13 does not use black hole for combat they easily could be, all you need to do is point it at your enemy and then they get sucked into the black hole and die. Unless someone has a quirk that can turn a power against yourself.

While there are no exact measurements of how the gravitational pull of a black hole is.  A normal sized black hole contains more mass than any average star. When a star collapses into a balck hole it sucks multiple stars into it or sometimes even entire galaxies and these are only the smaller black holes. And on a much smaller scale of a finger tip we can assume the gravitational pull is still immense and anything that is caught in them is screwed. Not only is this power absolute the fact is that anyone will die if sucked into the balck hole, but once you are caught in its gravitational pull there is no escape. Fallback of this power would be that it can only be pointed in one direction at a time and someone could easily get behind you and could cause harm. Another fallback would be  it could get out of control and kill a loved one or even it’s own user. So this weapon would be scary and intimidating if it was used with villainess intentions.

5. Half-Hot Half-Cold

This quirk allows its user to have both fire and ice. This quirk belongs to Shoto Todoroki. In his case, his entire left  side of his body is fire and the right side of his body is ice. Using this quirk, he has to warm his body and cool his body properly. Using fire, it raises body temperature while using ice, it can lower his body temperature. He has to cool and warm himself up correctly so he doesnt get frostbite or end up with a heat stroke, which are the possible side effects with incorrect or overuse of each power, especially if the user is using one side more than the other. It’s still important to use the other half to heat up or cool down the other side. Due to his father, the hero Endeavor and his father’s quirk being HellFire, he developed the fireside, by using it he can create a lot of damage.

When it comes to his other half, there has been a lot of impressive things done with his ice quirk. Because Shoto would only use his ice half, his mother’s quirk, there has been a lot more action done with it. Some examples would be covering up an entire building with his ice, covering streets with ice, create massive waves of ice, or craft the ice to create barriers from other objects. Hi also very skilled in where he can control the temperature of the ice, making it cold enough to freeze someone to death or restricting them at a temperature where they could stay alive. And possibly enough training Shoto could possibly lower the temperature to zero and could raise the temperature to who knows what. If he were a villain he would be unstoppable and a very strong competitor.

4. Brainwashing

Brainwashing allows its user to completely control anyone who answers one of the users questions verbally. This quirk belongs to Hitoshi Shinsou. That means the user can verbally command the brainwashed victim to do whatever the user wants. The user is also able to selectively decide when the wants to control someone. So for instance, the user can ask questions normally and then the person can answer without having the user control the person. A limit to how long someone can be brainwashed has not been shown yet. However  it is possible to control multiple people at once. While the victim is being brainwashed they’re conscience in their own mind but kind of in a daze. So the victim can’t call out or do anything except to accept the fact that they’re being controlled and manipulated by whatever the user wants. The quirk also has endless possibilities, both good and bad. Many evil, in terms of what it could make people do. The only catch would be to easily avoid this by not speaking.

After the victim is done being controlled doesn’t remember what happened while being brainwashed. But the victim did realize that they were being controlled right after being released. The only two downfalls would be that the victim would only be controlled by answering a question or speak so if the potential victim remains silent or is mute they can not be controlled. The other downfall is enough pain to the users brain is enough to snap them out of the brainwashed state. Although it doesn’t have any abnormal strength it has enough potential to become one of the most powerful quirks. It has enough potential to stop almost any villain  especially in anime. If it were used for evil it would be a very useful quirk to use on other do the user wouldn’t have to do that much themselves. If it were used as a heroic power it the user could easily make the victim turn themselves into the police. The user could make the victim assassinate important celebrities or politicians, force them to commit a crime, or even force them to cause amounts of destruction while the victim would scream in their head and forget what happened right after.

3. Overhaul

Overhaul belongs to Kai Chisaki. This quirk allows the user to assemble and disassemble anything, from living things to large objects. Which can only be  done through physical contact through the users hands. After disassembling something the user is able to reassemble it differently from it original form. The user with the quirk could fuse themselves to another object, kill someone easily, revive people, curing someone’s illnesses, restructure anything in an environment, like the surrounding floor, by just reassembling them back to a living state of being. That’s not even a quirk of what this quirk could do. Basically anything the user touches can be destroyed, rebuilt, or just completely restructured to anyone’s liking. The quirk can even bring people back from the dead. While using the quirk it is possible to fuse with another person or persons to use more quirks.

While fusing it is better to fuse with someone that is stronger or has a very powerful quirk, if the user is using it to become strong and powerful. While fusing with another person, the user could gain more physical strength, speed, additional limbs and weapons. The user can fuse weapons into themselves if they really wanted to. The possibilities are endless. The only downfall would be that the user has to get up close and personal in order to fuse or reassemble someone or something and if the user  can’t do that then there’s not much the user can do except restructure the ground underneath the users enemy to possibly kill them or trap them. If the user were to be a hero they could be a doctor, reassembling people’s bodies without their illnesses or physical problems or the quirk could be a useful way to kill villains and then reviving them back in prison. Overall it’s a very powerful, deadly, and useful quirk.

2. All For One/One For All

These quirks belong to Izuku Midoriya and All For One. All For One is a quirk that allows the user to steal another person’s quirk and use it as their own. The number of quirks they can steal is infinite. Meaning the user can have and use as many quirks as they want. This also allows them to mix and match various quirks to come up with techniques that originally would not be possible without the use of various quirks. The quirk can both give and take. The additional ability of this quirk is that the user can also give quirks to another person. It seems that it is also possible for someone to pass down actual All For One quirk. Now with One For All, it was created on accident by All For One. In the past, All For One gifted a quirk that could pile up power to his weak, younger brother, not knowing that his brother had a quirk that could transfer quirks to others. These two quirks, the brother had, came together to create One For All.

The exact ability to OFA are unknown, as it could actually do 1 of two things; A, it gets gradually stronger over time as it’s past to user to user or B, it gets  stronger passing from person to person but instead of just getting stronger over time, it gets stronger by taking the persons natural quirk and absorbing it into OFA. meaning it’s stock piling all of the other quirks to one power house from user to user. Even though it’s still unclear which option is true it still has the same outcome; the quirk getting stronger as its passed on one way or another. The power can also not be passed on unless the user is willing to give it to someone else. That means this quirk can not  be stolen by AFO. All Might, the previous user of OFA, has used the quirk as a hero, while saving thousands of people and also to defeat numerous villains. He’s also had the strength, speed and endurance that OFA has provided within him.which is lead to believe that the power grows stronger while being passed on. In fact All Might was undefeated up until his retirement. There is a downfall of these quirks as well which is needing other quirk in order to function. If there were no quirk this power would be useless. Because of the amount of power they both  have these quirks are tied at number 2.

1. Rewind

This quirk belongs to Eri. This quirk allows its user to rewind an individual’s body to any previous state. Which can be any previous state. The power could rewind someone back to when they were healthy, uninjured, or even rewind someone to the point where someone didn’t exist. It could rewind where someone didn’t even have a quirk. It can be done with physical contact or anything near the user. For Eri, the source of power comes from the horn on her head, which glows when using it. Not much is known of the power except that it is the most powerful quirk. There are also not that much information because the current user is inexperienced. With this quirk the user can defeat anyone, any quirk, no matter who or what. The user could even defeat the number 1 hero or OFA and AFO.

The only downfall is that its current user is so young and inexperienced. If she were older and more experienced she’d be dangerous and very strong, while also being unstoppable. Even if Eri or someone else had the quirk, hero or villain, they would be undefeatable. The only way to actually stop them, you’d have to assassinate them from a far distance because anything in close range is screwed. It is also shown that the power could trained to the point where the radius is expanded to a decent distance. That means anyone within a different range can be rewound to a different time. The could literally erase anyone from time which is why it’s put on number 1.
